During this seminar I will discuss some of my reserach that I carried out during, and shortlly after, my PhD thesis. I will discuss two issues within this seminar:

1) The role of the choice of boundary conditions when examining the turbulent diffusion of a magnetic field

2) The evolution of magnetic fields in steady cellular flows, which is a precursor to understanding the diffusion of magnetic fields in convectively driven flows.
