Towards the complete history of the 21-cm signal from the epoch of primordial star formation and reionization

In this journal club I will go over the recent papers which I published together with my collaborators. I will discuss theoretical predictions for the 21-cm signal from the epoch of primordial star formation and reionization.

Our results are an output of a semi-numerical code where a cubic cosmic volume with a side of 400 Mpc is evolved in time. In this framework density field is evolved together with the radiative backgrounds emitted by the first bright objects, which allows to self-consistently compute global spectrum of the redshifted 21-cm signal and its power spectrum at each instant.
